Accommodation
If you wish to stay at the Official World Summit hotel, it is recommended delegates book accommodation by as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation bookings. Below are details of the Summit’s hotel partner and suggested alternative hotel options, but delegates are free to choose where they stay. However, we will provide transport for delegates between the official hotel and the evening events such as the Opening Ceremony and Official Reception (seated dinner).
Official Hotel
Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel Stockholm
The Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel Stockholm is the official hotel for the 9th World Summit on Arts and Culture. The hotel is accessible onsite to the Summit conference venue, Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, via the main lobby. It is close to Central Station and offers contemporary rooms with waterfront views, as well as a gym, business centre and on-site restaurant and bar.
Please note that May is an extremely busy and popular time of the year to visit Stockholm, therefore we strongly encourage delegates to book early. Delegates may also consider joining the free Radisson Blu Rewards Program as a member for updates and any special offers.

Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel Stockholm
The Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel is situated in the central Norrmalm neighborhood, just 400 meters from the main World Summit venue, the Official hotel and Central Station. The hotel offers modern rooms in a central location, a gym and an on-site seafood restaurant and elegant cocktail bar.
